A Neighborhood Favorite with a Story to Tell

Puptown Lounge North Columbus opened its doors in late 2019 as our second location, bringing our trusted dog daycare, boarding, and grooming services to the Kenny Road area. Nestled in a beautifully repurposed building that once housed the showrooms and offices of The Cleary Company, this space has a history of care, craftsmanship, and community—values we proudly carry forward.

Though we launched just a few months before the COVID-19 lockdown, our team and incredible Puptown Pack pulled through, and this location has since grown into a beloved local hub for happy dogs and loyal pet parents across North Columbus.

As you walk up the wheelchair-accessible ramp, keep an eye out for the name and paw print of Rusty, The Cleary Company’s late golden retriever and greeter, etched lovingly into the concrete—a small tribute to a big-hearted pup who made everyone feel at home.

Your Pups will be able to socialize, play, and relax on our ~2,500 sqft area of turfed yard space, indoor and outdoor playtime (with a canopy, fans and heaters for inclement weather), and access to communal water.
Boarding

A safe, fun, and cozy stay for your pup while you’re away. With extra add ons available to make their stay extra special!
Grooming

From simple nail trims to full spa treatments, Puptown Lounge offers professional grooming services to keep your pup looking and feeling their best. Our experienced groomers work with dogs of all breeds and sizes, focusing on comfort, safety, and quality care.

Walk in Nail Trims

We offer walk-in nail trimming and filing for dogs of all sizes—no appointment necessary! Regular nail care is essential for your pup’s comfort and joint health. Our professional groomers carefully trim your dog’s nails and, upon request, use a Dremel tool for smooth, rounded edges that help prevent scratching and splitting at an additional cost.

Got skunked? Don’t worry—we’ve got your back (and your nose).
Our professional de-skunking treatment neutralizes odors instead of masking them, using specially formulated shampoo and cleansing solutions that are safe for your dog’s skin and coat. This service is designed to help eliminate skunk spray odor quickly and effectively, restoring your pup’s fresh scent. You may need to make a second appointment for worst cases. We will always try are best to get as much of the scent out as possible.
