Costume Guidelines:

We want every pup to have a fun, safe, and comfortable Howl-O-Ween experience! Costumes may be store-bought, handmade, pre-made, or creatively assembled using everyday items let your imagination run wild!

Please make sure your pup is comfortable and safe while wearing their costume. Costumes should not restrict breathing, movement, vision, or the ability to eat, drink, or relieve themselves, and dogs should never be forced to wear something that causes them distress or discomfort.

🎨 Keep the costume real!
Your dog and their physical costume must be real and photographed as submitted. AI may not be used to digitally add, remove, or alter the costume or other physical costume elements on your dog. For example, you can’t use AI to digitally “dress” your dog in a costume that wasn’t actually there.

However, Puptown Lounge may make minor design edits to submitted photos for the voting display, including removing or replacing the background, adding decorative elements, and adding your pup’s name or other contest information. These edits will not change or add to your dog’s actual costume. See passed submissions for reference.
