Opened on March 18, 2024, Puptown Lounge Hilliard is our newest and most thoughtfully designed location—just down the road from our friends at Columbus Humane. After years of experience at our Upper Arlington and North Columbus locations, co-founders Cliff and Sarah had the chance to build something truly unique from the ground up. Every square foot of our Hilliard space was created with purpose, comfort, and canine joy in mind.
This is the first Puptown Lounge location designed entirely by us—and it shows.
From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll experience a better flow from lobby to daycare, grooming, and boarding thanks to a custom-designed central hallway that branches into each area. Tours are safer and more enjoyable with interior hallway viewing windows that let you peek into our playrooms without disrupting the pups. The windows are screened from the inside, so the dogs can relax and play without distraction.
Behind our outdoor play yards, we carved out a one-of-a-kind Enrichment Walk Trail—a wooded path where pups get to explore new sights, sounds, and smells. From sniffing leaves to spotting the occasional squirrel, it’s a natural adventure they can enjoy during Enrichment Walk add-ons or a break from play. And we’re not done—our team plans to keep adding even more enrichment features to the forest trail over time.

Your Pups will be able to socialize, play, and relax on our ~2,500 sqft area of turfed yard space, indoor and outdoor playtime (with a canopy, fans and heaters for inclement weather), and access to communal water.

Our professional deshedding service helps reduce excessive shedding and keeps your pup’s coat healthy and manageable. Using specialized brushes and tools, we remove the loose undercoat that causes shedding, followed by a deshedding shampoo and conditioner designed to strengthen the coat and reduce hair fallout.
Recommended for double-coated breeds like Huskies, Labs, German Shepherds, and Golden Retrievers.

Our Luxury Spa Bath is more than just a rinse—it’s a full-body refresh for your pup! This deluxe dog bath includes a degreaser, a premium shampoo and hydration conditioner tailored to your dog’s coat type, a gentle blow-dry, thorough brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a finishing spritz. Pups leave clean, soft, and feeling fabulous.

Walk In Nail Trims
We offer walk-in nail trimming and filing for dogs of all sizes—no appointment necessary! Regular nail care is essential for your pup’s comfort and joint health. Our professional groomers carefully trim your dog’s nails and, upon request, use a Dremel tool for smooth, rounded edges that help prevent scratching and splitting at an additional cost.

De-Skunking Treament
Got skunked? Don’t worry—we’ve got your back (and your nose).
Our professional de-skunking treatment neutralizes odors instead of masking them, using specially formulated shampoo and cleansing solutions that are safe for your dog’s skin and coat. This service is designed to help eliminate skunk spray odor quickly and effectively, restoring your pup’s fresh scent. You may need to make a second appointment for worst cases. We will always try are best to get as much of the scent out as possible.
