Leaving town doesn’t have to mean leaving your pup behind. At Puptown Lounge, we offer more than just a place to stay—we provide a safe, fun, and comfortable home away from home.

Whether your dog prefers the cozy vibe of our standard kennels or the extra pampering of a luxury suite, every stay includes plenty of love, playtime, and personalized care. Our experienced team is here to make sure your pup is happy, healthy, and well cared for—so you can travel with peace of mind.

From daily outdoor breaks to bedtime tuck-in treats, we’ve thought of every detail to make your dog’s stay feel like their own vacation.

Send your pup on a luxury vacation while you're away! Our Luxury Boarding Suites offer a private, cozy, and enriching experience designed for comfort, fun, and extra love. Available at our Hilliard and Upper Arlington locations, each suite stay includes:

  • Your choice of daily daycare or walks

  • Nightly tuck-in treat: Kong or Pup Cup

  • Daily report card with updates on your pup’s stay

  • TV time, snuffle mat time, and a raised bed

  • A postcard sent home at checkout

  • Digital photo frame to upload pictures of your family for your dog to see

  • Inclusion in any Puptown Lounge event during your dog’s stay

Play + Potty Included

Boarding at Puptown Lounge comes with built-in outdoor time—your pup will enjoy a minimum of one hour of outdoor play and four potty breaks each day in our fully turfed play yards. Our team keeps pups engaged with games of fetch, tug-of-war, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

Want even more action? You can add on a full day of play at 50% off our regular daycare rate. It’s a great way for social dogs to meet new friends and enjoy a full schedule of fun while staying with us.

Personalized Stays with Add-Ons

Customize your pup’s visit with a range of add-on services, from enrichment walks and frozen Kong treats to nail trims and PupCups. We also offer house food if needed and medication administration for a small daily fee.

Drop-off and pick-up:
 are available seven days a week with flexible hours. You can manage everything online through our Gingr Portal.

Standard Boarding

Small Dog Boarding (under 25lbs)

Day Boarding

  • Choose this if your pup(s) can not do daycare but need a place to stay for the day!

    Example: Home Walk throughs or Construction days…

    Your pup(s) will go outside separately with a Daycare Employee for potty breaks and play time about 4 to 5 times a day (weather depending) 15-20 minutes for each out. They spend the rest of their day in their own private kennel.

    If you would like additional outdoor time (weather dependent) please add on an Enrichment Walk!

  • Each stay includes a cozy kennel, four potty breaks per day, and at least one hour of outdoor playtime with our staff. You can also add daycare for extra social time.

  • Luxury suites offer more space, added enrichment (like snuffle mats and TV time), daily treats, report cards, and special extras like digital photo frames and themed suite options.

  • Yes! Daycare can be added at 50% off the regular rate. It’s a great option for dogs who love to socialize and play all day.

  • Yes. Dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper (DHPP), and Canine Influenza. If you’re affected by the Canine Influenza vaccine shortage, just let us know when booking.

    • Weekdays: Drop off 6:30am–3:00pm, pick up by 1:00pm to avoid extra charge

    • Saturday: Drop off 8:00am–2:00pm, same-day pick up by 1:00pm

    • Sunday: Drop off 8–10am or 3–4pm | Pick up 8–10am or 3–6pm

    • Holidays: Pick up/drop off 3–6pm (full-day charge applies)

  • While our staff is not on-site overnight, safety protocols are in place, and your dog will be secure in a comfortable, climate-controlled suite or kennel.
