Reservations are now open! 🐾🧡
For the 8th year in a row, the real Santa Claus is making a special stop at all three Puptown Lounge locations to celebrate the holiday season with pups and families!
Bring your dog, your family, or the whole crew for free professional photos benefiting Columbus Humane. Everyone is welcome—you don’t have to be a current Puptown client to join the fun!
Reserve your Santa visit
Choose your location using the buttons above, then scroll to that location’s scheduling form to reserve an available 30-minute arrival window.
One reservation covers your household and all participating dogs. Your selected window is your arrival timeframe; photos will be taken in check-in order within that window. Each visit is a little different, so we appreciate your patience while we help everyone capture their holiday moment!
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, with priority given to reserved guests.
Your holiday keepsakes
Your magical moments will be captured by Julianne “Julie” Johnson, a professional photographer and former Puptown employee who loves creating fun, authentic memories with pets and families.
Pose with just your pup, include the family, or request a few combinations! You’ll receive at least one good photo, plus any additional images that turn out well. Julie will edit your photos after the event, and we’ll email them to you once they’re ready. You’re also welcome to snap your own photos!
Free photos, big-hearted giving
Photos are FREE with a monetary or physical donation to Columbus Humane.
Bring cash or donated supplies to your session, or visit Columbus Humane’s giving page to donate online and browse their supply wish lists. Physical donations can also be dropped off December 1–20 at any Puptown Lounge location.
Feeling extra giving?
Santa and Julie help make these holiday memories possible! If you’d like to leave them a little extra holiday cheer, optional tips are always appreciated.

A few friendly reminders
All participating dogs must be friendly, leashed, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
We may use dog treats to help catch your pup’s attention for photos. Please note any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your reservation form—you’re welcome to bring your pup’s own favorite treats!
Enjoy fresh Coffee Connections coffee, cookies for humans, and festive treats for pups to take home.
We can’t wait to make more merry memories with you and your pups! 🐾🧡
